Product Details
1. Single Chamber Side-Swing Door
Single stainless steel side-swing door with long auxiliary handle and locking door handle. Double tempered glass window with interior light lets staff monitor baking without opening the door.
2. Imported Electrical Components
The control cabinet uses Schneider electronics, Omron intermediate relay, famous-brand power switch and fuse. Door opening sensing device cuts power when the door is opened during operation.
3. Interior Hot Air Circulation
Perforated stainless steel panel at the top of the chamber distributes hot air evenly around the rotating rack. Red silicone door seal ensures heat retention and efficient insulation.
4. Factory Floor Ready
Unit assembled and tested on the production floor before shipment. Stainless steel exterior, top exhaust hood, side control panel and front loading ramp.
