The CPVKRY heavy-duty electric dough sheeter is built for commercial bakeries running croissant, puff pastry and pizza dough production. A 0.55 kW motor drives a reversible roller mechanism that passes the dough sheet back and forth at adjustable thickness from 1 mm to 35 mm, on a choice of 500 mm or 630 mm wide food-grade conveyor belts. The stainless steel cabinet stands on swivel casters, and the conveyor arms fold upright when not in use to save floor space.

1. Expanded Working State — Floor-Standing Frame

Two long white conveyor belts extend left and right from the stainless steel roller head, supported by angled stainless steel arms. The tapered white cabinet stands on four swivel casters with brakes, and carries the CE mark, high-voltage warning triangle and emergency stop button on the front face.

2. Folded Storage State

When the shift ends, both conveyor arms fold upright into a compact vertical stack. The cabinet side shows the 850 mm marking, and the whole unit rolls to a corner on its casters — the foldable frame cuts the working footprint roughly in half.

3. Roller Head, Hand-Wheel and Emergency Stop

Close-up of the stainless steel roller head: the side hand wheel sets the roller gap (1–35 mm), the red emergency stop button on a yellow surround cuts power immediately, and the slotted metal feed tray guides the dough sheet into the paired rollers. A yellow warning label on the cabinet lists operating instructions.

4. Factory Production Floor

The sheeter sits on the factory assembly floor, with rows of finished units wrapped in plastic in the background. The white conveyor belts, stainless roller housing and tapered cabinet are shown as they ship out to customers.

5. Integrates Into a Full Croissant Production Line

The sheeter slots into a complete laminated-dough line: spiral mixer → dough sheeter → dough resting → croissant moulder → proofer → rotary rack oven → cooling rack. Uniform, consistent sheeting is the middle step that ties the whole line together.

6. Ready for Batch Shipping

Rows of folded sheeters lined up on the factory floor, each on its own casters with the conveyor belts upright. The heavy-duty stainless steel body is built to ship in quantity and keep running in high-volume bakeries.
