The CPVKRY ZMK-650C is the top configuration of the ZMK-650 puff pastry machine series. Built for industrial pastry production lines, it upgrades to a 3.0 kW high-performance motor on 380V three-phase power, an extended 1850 mm line length, and a 380 kg heavy-duty stainless steel body. The advanced digital panel controls automatic rolling and continuous belt conveying, handling croissant pastry, bread dough and pizza dough at higher throughput than the 650A and 650B models. 2. 1850 mm Extended Line for Industrial Pastry Production

The overall line length extends to 1850 mm — the longest in the ZMK-650 series — giving more conveyor run-out between the roller head and downstream equipment. The 420 mm wide blue food-grade belt carries continuous dough sheets through the automatic rolling cycle.

Fully extended, the machine measures 4120 mm in overall length, 1450 mm in height and 1140 mm in width at the base.
