The line is built as connected modules: infeed conveyor with sheeting rollers, a forming station with adjustable rollers, a longer outfeed conveyor, and an end processing unit. Each module sits on stainless steel legs with adjustable feet and caster wheels, linked by the continuous blue food-grade belt.
2. Digital Touch-Screen Control and Adjustable Rollers
Each main station carries a digital touch-screen panel with start/stop buttons and a red mushroom emergency stop. The adjustable dough thickness rollers set sheet thickness to match the target loaf weight — from 0.5 lb burger buns up to 5 lb large loaves.
3. 100 kg per Hour Bread Output
Rated capacity is 100 kg of finished bread per hour. The line runs dough through sheeting, forming and panning in one continuous flow, suitable for burger buns, toast loaves, bread rolls and pastry products.
4. Installed in a Bakery Production Hall
The blue conveyor carries shaped dough pieces toward the oven, with rack trolleys loaded with trays on either side and operators working the line. The stainless steel control tower stands beside the conveyor for easy access.
