1. Fully Enclosed with Hinged Door

The trolley comes fully enclosed on all sides with a hinged front door that opens outward. The door keeps dust off proofing dough and loaded trays during transport, and the entire unit measures 1750 mm tall × 640 mm wide × 475 mm deep.

2. Sliding Tray Rails at 41 mm Spacing

Each layer has a pair of aluminum rails that accept a 400 × 600 mm standard baking sheet. Trays slide in and out smoothly — an operator can push a fully loaded sheet into the rack with one hand at waist height.

3. Welded Frame and Braked Casters

The aluminum frame uses welded joints for rigidity, and the bottom corners carry four swivel casters — two with foot-operated brakes. The polished surface wipes clean after bakery use.

4. Open-Frame and Enclosed Configurations

The rack comes in both open-frame and fully enclosed versions. The open version (left) shows the two side rail columns and center support; the enclosed version (right) adds full side panels and the front door for dust protection.
