The CPVKRY HD-3 is a compact countertop fried food warming station built for fried chicken shops, burger restaurants and fast food counters. A single infrared heating lamp mounted above the tray radiates heat downward to keep fries, chicken and nuggets hot and crispy. A perforated sloped drain base filters excess oil into a separate tray below, so food stays crisp instead of sitting in grease. The detachable oil filter and drain tray lift out for fast cleaning between shifts. The compact countertop footprint takes up very little prep space.
