The CPVKRY oil filter cart is a mobile fryer-oil recycling unit that sucks used frying oil directly from the fryer through a long stainless suction tube, filters out food residue and crumbs, and stores the cleaned oil in a sealed 38L tank for reuse. The cart rolls on four swivel casters between fryer stations — no more carrying buckets of hot oil. The separated filter basket lifts out for quick cleaning between shifts.

1. 38L Oil Storage Tank with Separated Filter Basket
The lower tank holds up to 38L of filtered oil. The upper open basket is a perforated filter grid that catches crumbs and food residue before oil drains into the tank below. A brass drain valve at the bottom of the tank lets clean oil be pumped or drained back into the fryer.
2. Long Suction Tube and Heat-Resistant Silicone Hose
The stainless suction tube reaches down into the fryer to extract hot oil. A high-temperature silicone hose carries oil between the fryer, filter basket and storage tank — rated for the oil temperatures encountered in commercial frying.
3. 550W Pump Motor, 0.5 MPa Working Pressure
The 550W motor drives the pump at 220V for fast suction and filtration. Overload protection and overheating protection shut the motor down if it stalls or overheats, and heat-dissipation holes in the pump housing keep it running through long filtration cycles.
4. Precision Filtration — Filter Grid + Filter Paper + Filter Mesh
Three-stage filtration: the perforated stainless filter grid catches large crumbs, the filter paper bag captures fine particles, and the stainless filter mesh polishes the oil to a final filtration density of 20 microns at ≥98% removal efficiency. Accepts oil temperatures from 60–120°C.
5. Mobile on Four Lockable Swivel Casters
Four black 360° swivel casters support the cart — two with foot brakes that lock the cart in place beside the fryer. The ergonomic stainless push handle on the rear lets a single operator steer the loaded cart between stations.
