The ZMX-2LG is a plug-in air-cooled commercial reach-in refrigerator built for restaurant kitchens, bakeries and catering storage. A split upper-and-lower stainless steel door gives separate access to chilled and frozen compartments, while the interior tray slides hold food pans, GN containers and sheet pans. Thickened stainless steel inside and out, polyurethane foam insulation and a digital thermostat hold a steady -18°C to 0°C with auto defrost.

1. Split Upper and Lower Doors, Easy Access
The two stainless steel doors open independently — reach the top compartment without bending, and the bottom compartment without letting out all the cold air. The magnetic gaskets seal tightly, and the built-in digital display sits above the doors for quick reading.
2. Interior Tray Slides, 10 Levels
Both compartments are fitted with paired stainless steel tray slides that accept food pans, GN containers and baking sheets directly. Load pans in and out without lifting shelves — a fast workflow for prep stations and bakery racks.
3. Smart Digital Temperature Control
The STC digital controller sets and holds the cabinet temperature across a -18°C to 0°C range. A red rocker switch powers the unit on and off. Humidity can be adjusted between 60% and 99%, and a 0–99 minute digital timer supports timed defrost and cycle settings.
4. Thickened Stainless Steel, Inside and Out
The cabinet is made of high-quality thickened seamless stainless steel — strong, durable, rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant for daily commercial kitchen washing and wiping. The food-grade inner liner meets kitchen hygiene standards.
5. Polyurethane Foam Insulation, Cold Locked In
The wall is built in three layers — food-grade stainless steel outside, thickened polyurethane foam in the middle, and food-grade stainless steel inside. The foam blocks cold leakage and keeps the temperature stable, which lowers running power over a long service day.
6. Air Cooled, Auto Defrost, R404A
Forced-air cooling circulates cold air evenly around both compartments. Auto defrost melts frost automatically, so staff do not need to scrape ice by hand. R404A refrigerant delivers reliable commercial-grade cooling on a 0.5kW, 220V single-phase supply.
7. Mobile Casters, Compact Footprint
Heavy-duty swivel casters roll the 80kg cabinet into position under prep tables or against kitchen walls, then lock it down. At 620*820*1980mm, it fits standard kitchen aisles and service lines.
