1. Stainless Steel Cabinet, Split Upper and Lower Doors
The cabinet is built in stainless steel inside and out for daily commercial kitchen use. The split upper and lower solid doors open independently — reach the top shelf without bending, and the bottom shelf without letting out all the cold air.
2. PVC Sealing Strip, Tight Cold Lock
The door gasket uses a PVC sealing strip that closes flush against the stainless steel frame, preventing cold air leakage and keeping the interior temperature stable.
3. Top Fan Cold Air, Even Cooling
The top-mounted fan blows cold air through the cabinet so every shelf holds a consistent temperature. The air-cooled design removes excess moisture for clean storage inside.
4. Universal Casters with Brake
Heavy-duty swivel casters roll the cabinet across kitchen floors and lock firmly when positioned. Wear-resistant wheels handle daily cleaning and repositioning.
5. Bottom Drainage Outlet, Easy to Clean
A drain outlet at the bottom of the cabinet guides defrost water out, so you can rinse the interior without mopping standing water.
