1. Power — 550W Pump, 220V

A 550W motor drives the pump at 0.5 MPa working pressure for fast suction and filtration. The 220V supply fits standard commercial bakery and fast-food wall outlets.

Used fryer oil is sucked through the long stainless tube, passes through the perforated filter room that catches crumbs, and drains into the sealed 48L tank. The sealed tank prevents oil spillage during transport; a brass drain valve at the bottom empties the cleaned oil back into the fryer.

1. Separated Filter Room and 48L Storage Tank

The upper open filter room has a perforated stainless grid that catches food residue and crumbs. The lower tank holds up to 48L of cleaned oil. The two compartments are separated so filtered oil never mixes with collected crumbs.

2. Long Stainless Suction Tube and Heat-Resistant Hose

The angled stainless suction tube reaches down into the fryer vat. A white heat-resistant silicone hose carries oil between the fryer and the filter room — rated for the temperatures of freshly drained frying oil.

3. Easy-Clean Filter Basket Interior

The filter room lifts out for cleaning. The perforated grid and the spreader arm inside can be rinsed down between shifts. The yellow-handled drain valve at the bottom of the tank empties the oil for reuse.

4. Ergonomic Push Handle and Four Casters

The U-shaped stainless push handle at the rear lets a single operator steer the loaded cart. Four universal swivel casters support the cart — lock two beside the fryer to keep it stationary during filtration.

5. Top View — Warning Label and Filter Basket

The pump unit sits on top of the tank with the yellow warning label and the suction tube clamped to the side. The filter room below is open from above for easy crumb removal.
