The CPVKRY 58L oil filter cart is built for all-day catering service — it sucks used frying oil from the fryer through the long stainless tube, passes it through the separated filtering chamber that catches crumbs, and stores cleaned oil in a sealed 58L tank ready for reuse. The anti-leak sealed tank prevents spills between stations, and four universal casters let one operator roll the cart between fryers. The red rocker switch on the pump housing starts and stops the filtration cycle.

1. 58L Sealed Tank with Separated Filtering Chamber

The lower tank holds up to 58L of filtered oil. The upper open chamber has a perforated stainless grid that catches food residue and crumbs before oil drains into the tank. The anti-leak sealed design keeps oil contained during transport between stations.

2. Long Suction Tube and Ergonomic Push Handle

The angled stainless suction tube reaches into the fryer vat. A white heat-resistant hose carries oil from the fryer to the filter chamber. The U-shaped stainless push handle at the rear lets one operator steer the loaded cart.

3. Brass Drain Valve with Red Handle

A brass ball valve at the bottom of the tank controls the discharge of cleaned oil. The red plastic handle opens and closes the valve quickly — drain filtered oil back into the fryer or into a storage container.

4. Power Cord and Red Rocker Switch

The power cord wraps on a stainless bracket on the side of the pump housing when not in use. The red illuminated rocker switch (I/O) on the front panel starts and stops the 550W pump, and a small indicator light shows power status. Heat-dissipation slots vent the pump housing.

5. Wrapped Power Cord and US Plug

The black power cord coils neatly on a stainless retainer bracket mounted on the pump housing — keeps the cord off the floor and out of the way during kitchen service.
