1. Square-Tube Open-Frame Rack

The rack is built from square stainless steel tubing with rounded top handle bars on both sides. Fifteen pairs of angled tray rails run up both columns, and the open frame lets air circulate freely around loaded trays.

2. Sliding Trays In and Out

A baker slides a tray of freshly baked loaves onto the rails — the angled shelf lips guide the sheet in smoothly and hold it level. Trays slide all the way through the rack for loading from either side.

3. Flat-Pack Modular Assembly

The rack ships knocked down in one carton — frame sections, four caster wheels and assembly hardware. Bolt it together on site; the modular design keeps shipping costs low and allows section replacement.

4. Dimensions — 650 × 450 × 1760 mm

The rack stands 1760 mm tall, with a footprint of 650 mm × 456 mm. Four black swivel casters support the base, and the rounded top bars double as push handles.

5. Removable Trays and Brake Casters

The exploded view shows the two side frames, tray rails and four caster wheels. The rubber swivel casters have a foot-operated brake pedal on two corners — push the rack into position and step on the brake to lock it.
