The CPVKRY ZMY-600 is a fully automatic dough sheeter for continuous bakery production. 1. Fully Automatic Cycle — Continuous Dough Feeding
The white food-grade roller conveyor feeds the dough sheet continuously through the paired pressure rollers. Automatic folding stacks the sheet after each pass, and the adjustable speed matches soft or firm dough — no manual re-feeding between passes.
2. Touch Screen Digital Control Panel
The blue control panel on the right side carries a digital touch display, function buttons, a speed adjustment knob and a red emergency stop switch on a yellow base. Operators set speed and folding cycles from the panel without tools.
3. Blue Safety Guard and Protection System
The lower opening shows the blue internal safety guard and protection system around the conveyor return path. The top perforated guard flips open for access and cleaning, and the red emergency stop cuts power immediately if needed.
4. Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Body, 600 kg
The full stainless steel cabinet stands 1400 mm tall on swivel casters. Side ventilation slots keep the motor cool during continuous runs, and the flat outer panels wipe down quickly between batches.
5. Rear Cabinet and Storage Drawer
The rear view shows the smooth stainless steel side panels, a small handle-equipped drawer at the base, and the top folding guard assembly. The whole unit moves on four casters once unpacked from the pallet.
