1. 304 Food-Grade Stainless Steel, Inside and Out
The cabinet uses 304 food-grade stainless steel on both the exterior and interior liner — rust-proof, oil-resistant and easy to wipe down after service. The stainless door frame is corrosion resistant and built to last in a commercial kitchen.
2. Split Upper and Lower Doors, Hidden Handles
Two solid stainless doors open independently with recessed hidden handles. Reach the upper compartment without bending, and the lower compartment without letting out all the cold air. The sealed gasket holds temperature between services.
3. Digital Temperature Control Panel
The front-mounted digital display shows the current temperature and adjusts the cooling range precisely. Set the cabinet for 2~8℃, -12~-18℃ or -16~-22℃ depending on the model you choose.
4. Air Cooling, Auto Defrost
An energy-saving compressor drives internal cold air circulation for even cooling on every shelf. Auto defrost melts frost automatically so staff do not need to scrape ice by hand. The top air outlet vents heat away to extend compressor life.
5. Removable Adjustable Shelves
Multiple removable stainless steel shelves adjust in height to fit GN pans, food containers and baking trays. Pull them out for deep cleaning or reconfigure the space between services.
6. Universal Casters with Brake
Heavy-duty swivel casters roll the 85kg cabinet across kitchen floors and lock firmly when positioned. Wear-resistant wheels handle daily cleaning and repositioning.
