1. Back-Blown Air Curtain, Even Cooling
The back-blown refrigeration system uses a honeycomb air outlet and return outlet to push an even air curtain across the cabinet. Layered air flow optimization keeps temperature uniform on every shelf, so food stays fresh from top to bottom.
2. Adjustable Multi-Layer Shelves
Four metal display shelves can be moved up and down, with height and angle adjusted at any time. The perforated back panel lets cold air pass through each layer, giving you flexible merchandising space for cakes, pastries, dairy and fresh products.
3. Danfoss Compressor & All-Copper Cooling
A Danfoss compressor runs continuously for long hours. The all-copper refrigeration system uses the environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant. Microcomputer digital control holds 4~10℃ steadily, with auto defrost built in.
4. Pull-Out Night Curtain
At closing time, pull out the night curtain to reduce cold energy loss and keep the cabinet sealed overnight. During opening hours it retracts completely, so it never blocks the customer’s view of your products.
5. Curved Front Glass, LED Light, Marble Base
The curved front glass gives a wide, unobstructed view from the side. Built-in LED tubes light up each shelf. The natural high-quality marble base adds a premium look, and universal moving casters let you roll the cabinet into position.
